Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate and reliable care to our clients. The CNA will work directly with patients, providing basic care and assisting with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, able to work in a team environment, have excellent communication skills, and can provide reliable and consistent care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic patient care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
- Monitor vitals, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Administer medications, if needed.
- Assist with transferring patients to and from their beds and other locations.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care in accordance with facility policies.
- Communicate with other members of the healthcare team about the patient's condition and progress.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state licensing board.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
