Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to apply evidence-based practices.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.
